Teresa Litton is a project manager on the Washington Health Alliance’s Performance Improvement team. She most recently worked at the Whatcom Alliance for Health Advancement on the formation of a multi-payer “ACO-like” integrated delivery system. Ms. Litton also spent 10 years at an international organization where she led humanitarian teams to refugee camps, orphanages and impoverished communities in developing countries.
