Framing the Day: Why 2026 Is the Year Employers Take the Wheel
An overview of the forces reshaping employer healthcare strategy—and why this moment demands new approaches to value, affordability, and accountability.
Dr. Posa examines whether rising healthcare costs can truly be reduced without system-level change. Drawing on global experience, she connects mental well-being, workplace effectiveness, productivity, and long-term affordability—setting the stage for action-oriented dialogue throughout the day.
From Well-Being to Performance — Are Our Systems Built to Deliver?
Building on Dr. Jennifer Posa’s keynote, this reactor panel examines whether today’s employer and healthcare systems are truly equipped to turn mental well-being and workplace effectiveness into sustained productivity and long-term value. Panelists will explore how incentives, governance, and operating models either enable or undermine five-year workforce health strategies—assessing mental well-being not as a benefit, but as a core performance lever.
Integrating Primary, Mental, and Physical Health
