The Alliance Welcomes New Members for 2021
This month, we’re excited to welcome Boulder Care, Bristol Myers Squibb, Collective Innovative Solutions, LLC, Elevate Health, Greater Columbia Accountable Community of Health (ACH), Kaiser Permanente Northwest and Northwest Permanente as the newest members of the Alliance.
At Boulder Care, participants and caregivers make all the important decisions together. Their clinicians, peer coaches, and care advocates offer support with everything from medical advice and referrals to searching for a safe place to live to dealing with insurance paperwork and pharmacy issues. The right combination of medication, peer coaching, care coordination, and other recovery tools helps people achieve happier, healthier lives. 85% of their participants continue working with us for at least 12 months.
