About Swenson Healthcare

Swenson Healthcare is a provider of community-based post-acute care, located in Tacoma. They deliver excellent care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes and other sites of care after being discharged from the hospital. Swenson Healthcare assess the totality of a patient’s needs, now and in the future, and creates a care plan in conjunction with clinical colleagues and family to meet those needs.
