The Alliance Welcomes New Members Northwest Health Law Advocates and Vida Health
For 22 years, Northwest Health Law Advocates (NoHLA) has been working to improve access to health care for all Washington residents to advance health as a human right. NoHLA is at the forefront of efforts to ensure Washington State’s new health system attracts enrollees and that it works for all residents, including those who are low-income. Because of their efforts, the Washington Health Benefit Exchange has developed a Language Access Plan that begins to address interpretation and translation needs of non-English speaking patients.
Vida Health’s platform treats the whole person by bringing together mental and physical healthcare through the best of technology and the human touch. They treat both mental and physical conditions and are able to deliver the kind of behavior change that changes lives — and leads to better outcomes. They provide guidance, offer accountability, and address barriers to help people prevent and manage chronic health conditions.
